Nicolas role as a Service Administration involves providing administration support to everyone in the service department. Nicola mainly deals with call outs, raising requests for services and maintenance jobs and replying to customers with complete paperwork.
Nicola also issues jobs for the B&B engineers and updates information from their job sheets to our systems to ensure folders are up to date.
